A few weeks ago in a casual chat with Andrew Buckler we realized that our image sensibilities are very much in sync. Yesterday he brought this motley crew to my backyard for a video shoot. Here is a preview of the Summer 2012 collection - the first random image pulled from a bunch of stills for the initial color test.

When shooting Yasmin Kazi we came across a beat up truck. My mind went to “Empty” an old draft of a script I started writing many years ago. It is a strange adventure about a lost girl that ends up getting stranded with a truck driver in the desert. Yasmin loved the idea of getting into character. Thanks first to Jeremy Doner for the initial script writing support and later to Glenn Davis for all the rewriting we did together, then on the day of the shoot to Remi for bringing us to the truck. And of course a Big thanks to Yasmin for creating such an amazing mood in the portrayal of “Pearl”. Here is Yasmin’s agency.
